We are excited to welcome Uchechi Ejiofor to the Brightsquid team!
Uchechi is joining us as our Clinic Success Manager to help healthcare organizations fully benefit from Brightsquid’s healthcare technology solutions and ensure users get the most value from available features and functions.
Uchechi brings extensive experience in customer success, healthcare technology, and clinic technology enablement. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations achieve meaningful outcomes through effective onboarding, adoption planning, stakeholder engagement, and long-term success management. She also has a keen interest in supporting improved care and better patient outcomes through the effective use of healthcare technology.
What makes Uchechi an especially helpful addition to the Brightsquid team is her experience supporting healthcare organizations directly.
Having worked with clinics and long-term care providers in previous roles, including at Mikata Health, she already understands many of the operational realities healthcare teams face every day. She has firsthand experience helping healthcare organizations navigate software implementations, user onboarding, workflow changes, adoption challenges, and ongoing support requirements. This background gives her a strong understanding of the practical needs of clinic leaders, administrators, and frontline staff as they introduce new healthcare technology into their organizations.
Most recently, Uchechi served as a Customer Success Manager, where she developed customer success plans, improved customer retention, and led enterprise onboarding programs. She’s driven to help organizations realize value from their healthcare technology investments faster. Her ability to combine data-driven insights with a customer-first approach has consistently resulted in stronger customer outcomes and long-term relationships.
At Brightsquid, Uchechi will work closely with our customers to ensure they successfully adopt and leverage our solutions to improve privacy compliance, secure communication, and operational efficiency. She will guide customers through onboarding, support ongoing success, identify opportunities for streamlined clinic communications, and help healthcare organizations get the most value from their partnership with Brightsquid.
Uchechi’s experience working alongside healthcare organizations, combined with her passion for helping people succeed, makes her an excellent fit for Brightsquid’s mission.
