Riley Park Maternity has 5 clinics and sees 800 patients a week and since the clinic is a maternity clinic, they had to continue treating their expecting mothers during the pandemic. To ensure the safety of their patients and staff, they implemented a screening process over the phone which helped screen patients but was extremely time consuming.
Now with the new Secure-Mail templates feature, the clinic is able to send multiple screening questionnaires with a single send. It saves staff 8 hours of phone time every week.
