Healthcare gets safer when information is easier to access and share. Sending Secure-Mail messages is one way you can help information get where it needs to be more quickly.
When we challenged users to hit 2 Million messages, the team at Northland Oral Surgery Centre stepped up to become one of the top sending clinics throughout the contest. While we all just missed the target deadline, we couldn’t ignore Northland’s contribution to improving healthcare with better communication.
The original prize of a spa day no longer fit the COVID-19 world, so instead, their efforts were rewarded with lunches for a week.
Northland Oral Surgery Centre began using Secure-Mail in 2016 and has been one of Brightsquid’s top users ever since. They have sent over 9,000 messages and invited almost 2,000 patients to use Secure-Mail with them.
Northland understands how Secure-Mail helps connect with their patients safely and securely, and patients have been very appreciative. They can reference treatment plans, send follow up questions, and even communicate about appointments at their convenience.
