Big Upgrades for Free Users of Brightsquid Secure-Mail

Engaging your patients, staff, and professional colleagues are some of the many perks of using Secure-Mail for your clinical communications. PLUS, we just made Secure-Mail even sweeter for free users. Now, free users can send up to 20 messages a month to anyone. And free Secure-Mail users can review messages in their inbox for an unlimited amount of time. We’ve also given free organizations Shared Inbox, message recall, and read receipts!

Spread the word and the efficiency by inviting all your colleagues. You can invite a new contact to quickly create their own free Secure-Mail account, giving them the ability to safely communicate and share patient information without worrying about a data breach.

Here’s how! 

1. Enter the recipient’s email address in the “to field.”
2. We will search through your recent contacts and the greater Brightsquid community to find a match for the contact you’re looking for.
3. If they do not exist in our database, you can easily add them as a contact and send them an invitation to create their free profile.
4. If you’re entering a new patient, you will be asked to enter their date of birth for verification purposes.
